The Syllabus listed here is indicative only. Students must show dedication, effort and good character during their general training for eligibility.

Minimum duration of training between grades is:

  • 6 months for 10th - 4th kyu (white - purple belts).

  • 1 year for 3rd - 1st kyu (brown belts).

  • Black Belt (Dan grades) are offered by invitation only.

10th Kyu (White 1)

Kihon (Basics)
